Welcome

Choosing to start therapy can be daunting. My psychotherapy practice offers a comfortable space where you can work towards greater understanding of your painful feelings.

Therapy and counselling can support you through a range of different issues such as depression and anxiety, trauma, abuse, addiction, bereavement or a sense that you are stuck, unfulfilled or frustrated with your life.

I am a fully qualified and registered therapist offering psychodynamic psychotherapy and EMDR for adults in weekly 50 minute sessions. My practice is located in Walton-on-Trent, South Derbyshire.
